Robert "Bob" Wilhoite, 89 of Waldorf, MD passed away on March 23, 2009 at Charlotte Hall Veterans Home.

Born February 19, 1920 in Frankfort, KY, he was the son of the late Sampson and Clairbell Glass Wilhoite.

Mr. Wilhoite served in the United States Army form 1942 until 1945; he was a Stock Manager for Safeway Food, Inc.

Mr. Wilhoite is survived by his wife Mildred W. Fisher Wilhoite of Waldorf, MD, children; Kenneth C. Wilhoite, (Moni) and Karen S. Vestal, (Ronald), grandchildren; Christina McLeod, (Maurice) and Jason Vestal, (Candace), great grandchildren; Jayda and Nathaniel McLeod and one great-grandchild due in August Baby Vestal.
In addition to his parents Mr. Wilhoite was preceded in death by a brother Fred Wilhoite.

Family will receive friends for Bob's Life Celebration on Sunday, March 29, 2009 from 4 to 6pm in the Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., Charlotte Hall, MD 20622
A Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday, March 30, 2009 at 11:30am in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Kenneth McDonald officiating.
