Joseph Thomas Biscoe, Sr., 74 of Lexington Park, MD, transitioned from this life into eternal rest on December 16, 2023. Family and friends will unite on Thursday, January 4, 2024 for visitation at 10 am until time of service at 11 am at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 38576 Brett Way, Mechanicsville, MD 20659. Interment will be held at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
