Michael Ray Anthony, 16, of Lexington Park, MD died March 12, 2009 at Children's Hospital Center in Washington, DC.

Michael was born on December 15, 1992 in Leonardtown, MD. He was an avid Washington Redskins fan. He loved to fish and hunt for deer, and was an active member of St. Mary's Special Olympics.

Michael is survived by his mother, Donna Marie Boatright, step-father Daniel Wenk, step-brothers, Jonathan Wenk, and Edward Wenk (Christy), step-sister, Danielle Wenk, grandparents, Barbara Ann and Eddie Boatright of Dameron, MD, great-grandmother, Marie Trossbach of Hollywood, MD, step-grandmother, Ruene Camper of Lexington Park, MD, uncle, Glenn Boatright of Great Mills, MD and many other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Otto Trossbach.

Family will receive friends for Michael's Life Celebration on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A., 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Prayers will be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Brinsfield Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Ken Walker will officiate. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD.

Serving as pallbearers will be Richard Axtell, Bradley Dean, Jonathan Wenk, Glenn Boatright, Vincent Dalton, and Aaron Dalton.
