Arthur Kaloz, 87, of Charlotte Hall, MD, died February 27, 2009.

Mr. Kaloz was a USMC veteran and was a member of the VFW and Elks. He volunteered football coaching services with the Allentown Boys & Girls Club. He was a skilled bricklayer by trade and was the owner of K-LOZ Masonry. He loved music and dancing and enjoyed fishing, golf, hunting, and gardening as well as playing cards with family and friends - Pinochle and Poker. His favorite football teams were the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Washington Redskins.

Born July 9, 1921, in McKeesport, PA, he was the son of the late George Kaloz, Sr. of McKeesport, PA and the late Julia Molnar Kaloz.

Predeceased by his parents; brother, Raymond Kaloz of McKeesport, PA; sisters, Irma Tarr, Regina Gebis, Emma Ryan, and Helen DiChristofaro of McKeesport, PA.

Survived by his wife, Dorothy Buck Kaloz; sons, Arnold Arthur Kaloz of Fort Washington, MD, Robert John and his wife Dolores Kaloz of Upper Marlboro, MD; Kenneth Charles Kaloz of Lusby, MD; Timothy Scott Kaloz of Waldorf, MD; daughter, Deborah Charlotte and her husband Robert Warren of Annapolis, MD; brothers, George Kaloz, Jr. of McKeesport, PA; William Kaloz of Versailles Township, PA; sisters, Annabel Henry of Brunswick, OH; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 10, 2009, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 11, 2009, starting at 10 AM at Raymond Funeral Chapel.

Interment will be Wednesday, March 11, 2009, at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD at 11 AM.

Rev. Mark Roberson will officiate.
