On Thursday, May 4, 2023, Ina E. Carter, 90, departed this earthly life.

Family and friends will gather for visitation on Friday May 12, 2023 at Trinity Baptist Church, 2671 Mattawoman-Beantown Road, Waldorf, MD 20601 at 10:30am until time of service 11:00am.

Interment will follow at Heritage Memorial Cemetery in Waldorf, MD.
