Annette Brown Mitchell, of Waldorf, MD, departed this earthly life on Saturday, April 1, 2023.

Family and friends will gather on Friday, April 14, at 11am for visitation, until time of service, 12 noon, at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home-Waldorf, 7 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602. Interment will follow the service at Bethel Cemetery in Alexandria, VA.
