Kyle William "Cowboy" Miller, 51 of Leonardtown, MD, died February 7, 2009 at St. Mary's Hospital. Born August 3, 1957 in Dallas, TX he was the son of D.C. Miller of Longview, TX and the late Betty Miller.

He was the loving husband of Sue Miller whom he married on February 11, 1989 in Fredericksburg, VA.

He is also survived by his step-children; Wendy Sutherland and her husband Joe of Lumberton, NJ and Brent Howard of Paris, TN, his sister Marlys Bowling of Centerville, TX as was well as four grandchildren; Amber Howard, Zachary Sutherland, Madison Sutherland and Hayden Howard. Kyle was known as "Cowboy" to his grandchildren.

He served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years and moved to St. Mary's County in 1996. He was a Generator Technician for Mona Electric.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2009 at 3:30 PM in Dahlgren United Methodist Church, Dahlgren, VA with Rev. Edward H. Johnson officiating and Rev. Doyne Robertson co-officiating.
