Yvette Renee Chadwick, 66, of Prince Frederick, Maryland passed away July 4, 2022 at her home. She was born on October 4, 1955 in Green Cove Springs Florida to the late Phillip and Loraine Puhl. Yvette lived in Orangedale Florida where she graduated from St. Joseph Academy in St. Augustine. She graduated from Idaho University in 1981 with a degree in Computer Security.
Yvette and her family moved to Prince Frederick in 1990 where she first started as a volunteer and then full time at Catholic Charities where she retired in 2003 to raise her 9-month granddaughter, Serenity Chadwick. Yvette also retired from the U.S. Army Reserves in 1998 at the rank of Captain.
Yvette is survived by her husband David Chadwick brother Phillip Puhl, and her grandchildren, Serenity, Marty, Crissy, and Annie Chadwick. Yvette was preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Chadwick.
