Edward Paul Thibodeau, 74, of Owings passed away July 7, 2022. He was born April 26, 1948, in Old Town, Maine to Lester and Edna (Elliot) Thibodeau. Edward was raised in Maine and joined the United States Army shortly after graduating from high school. While in the Army he served as a medic in Vietnam and was honorably discharged. He married Kathleen Spigler on March 3, 1973, and they lived in Langley Park before moving to Owings in 1983. Edward worked as a registered nurse for many years, working at various hospitals and private practices throughout his career. In his spare time, he enjoyed being outside, working in the yard, and spending time with his family and neighbors.

Edward was preceded in death by his wife Kathleen Thibodeau and siblings Francis and David. He is survived by his daughters Erika Fortner and her husband Charles of Sunderland and Kristin Sarfino of Annapolis and grandchildren Joseph, Dominic, Richard, Michael, Brayden, and Isabella.
