Born July 10,1932 in Waterloo, New York. She was the late daughter of the late Alton and Herriot Sir. She loved growing up in Logan County, in Sarah Ann West Virginia.
Yolie did a lot for the community in her life. From being one of the founders of national night out in Charles County, one of the main founders of the SYMO and part of its first committee. Yolanda was a part of the judicial watch program, and her and her husband Earl were apart of Citizens control for 25 years in Brooke Wood Estates. Most importantly her kind heart would drive cancer patients around to be able to go and get their treatments.
