Cynthia Jean Forgue, 34, of Prince Frederick, Maryland passed away on May 5, 2022 in Prince Frederick. She was born on September 1, 1987 on Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines to Dennis Forgue and the late Virginia Griego Forgue.

Cynthia is survived by partner in love, Dustin Crigger, their son David Camden Crigger, her father, Dennis Forgue, USAF Ret., siblings; Cristina Brisley, Catherine Butler, Christopher Forgue and Charlene Forgue. She is also survived by Parents in love, Kellie and David Crigger.

The family will receive friends on Monday May 16, 2022 at the Rausch Funeral Home, 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, Md. from 5-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday May 17, 2022, 11 AM, at Jesus the Divine Word Catholic Church, Huntingtown, Md. Interment will follow in Chesapeake Highlands Memorial Gardens, Port Republic, Md.
