Rhonda Jo Foster of Prince Frederick, MD died on January 26, 2009. She was born August 15, 1962 in Prince Frederick, MD the daughter of James H. McKenny, Sr. and C. Elain Jenkins Turner.

She received her education in Calvert County schools. Rhonda enjoyed fishing in the Chesapeake Bay and was an avid NASCAR and Dale Earnhart fan.

She is survived by her daughter Kylie L. N. Foster of Owings, MD. Her mother C. Elaine Turner of Port Republic, MD, her father and step mother James H. and Patricia J. McKenny of Owings, MD; Grandmother Mary E. McKenny of Huntingtown, MD and brothers James H. McKenny, Jr. and Joseph C. McKenny both of Huntingtown, MD.

She is also survived by Kylie's father Thomas Foster of Huntingtown, MD.
