Peacefully on Wednesday afternoon, April 6, 2022 at his home, surrounded by his loving family, Robert Christopher Yates, more affectionately called "Bobby" transitioned to eternal life.

Viewing, 9:30 a.m. until the Celebration of his Life, 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 14, 2022 in the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640. Interment, St. Mary's Newport Catholic Church Cemetery, Charlotte Hall, Maryland.
