Robert Norman Spigner, 74, of Solomons, Maryland, formerly of Silesia, Maryland, passed away on March 27, 2022 at the Calvert Health Medical Center in Prince Frederick, Maryland.

Born on July 25, 1947 in Washington, D.C., he was the son of Anna Marie (Tilch) Spigner and the late Frank Norman Spigner. An Oxon Hill High School graduate, Robert worked for the Prince George's County Police Department as a Police Dispatcher for many years before retiring. He enjoyed reading books, watching movies, socializing with his police friends, eating out with friends, and watching sports, especially football and baseball.

In addition to his mother Anna Marie, Robert is survived by several cousins, other relatives, and friends.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 10AM until time of Funeral Service at 12PM at Raymond Funeral Service, P.A., 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646.

Interment to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery, 13405 Piscataway Road, Clinton, Maryland 20735.
