Catherine Debra "Debbie" Ledford peacefully passed in her home on March 27,2022. On February 18, 1961 she was born to Alton and Dorothy Spinks in La Plata MD. During her life she worked for the federal government at NSWCLH for over 37 years.
Debbie was blessed with a large and loving family. Nothing was more important to her then them. She loved seeing antique cars and dancing. She was such a kind, soft spoken but full of life and fun loving! Her hobbies included crafting and she was a very crafty person. Born and raised in her family home Debbie enjoyed spending time sitting on her deck drinking coffee while watching wildlife out in the field.
Debbie was predeceased by her father Alton Richard Spinks Sr., mother Dorothy Cecelia Spinks (Welch), and brother Alton Richard Spinks Jr.
She is survived by her daughters Samantha Pilkerton, Andrea Bowie. Grandchildren Richard Pilkerton III, Bentley Ryan Pilkerton, Kinlee Ranee Pilkerton, and Lexie Marie Keyser. She loved each dearly and had enjoyed when they spent family time together.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Hospice of Charles County can be made in Debbie's honor.
