Edward "Ed" Brooks Noel passed away March 28, 2022, at his residence in Prince Frederick, Maryland. He was born to Ralph and Linda Noel on April 16, 1968, at Cafritz Hospital in Washington, DC. He was a resident of Calvert County, Maryland since 1978, and graduated from Northern High School Class of 1986.



Ed enjoyed hunting with his father and sons and loved camping in West Virginia and being outdoors. He had a sense of humor many found unique and was a friend to all who met him.



Ed was a member of the Local Union 602 for over 15 years, self-taught in his HVAC career of 35 years and a teacher to many in his craft. He excelled in this field and was highly respected by his fellow coworkers and customers. Ed was always happy to advise and lend a hand to anyone in need.



Ed was preceded in death by his father Ralph Noel, and Uncle Charlie Noel. He is survived by his wife Heather Noel of Prince Frederick, MD, five children Justin Noel of Huntingtown, MD, Jarrett (Keyana) Noel of El Paso, TX, Britney Noel of Prince Frederick, MD, Kinley Noel of St. Marys, MD, Karlee Noel of Prince Frederick, MD, Step daughters Chelsea (Cody) Hunley of Morehead, KY, grandchildren Ava Rose Grierson and Cashton Hunley, mother Linda Noel of Huntingtown, MD, and sister Terri (Joe) Tranmer. Aunts and Uncles, Saundra and Arishtid "Butch" Bouchard of Sykesville, MD and Carol Noel of Richmond, VA. Nephews and nieces Richard Tranmer of Dover, CO, Ryan Tranmer of Denver, CO, Joey Tranmer (Amanda) of Traverse City, MI, and Melissa Tranmer of Prince Frederick, MD. Cousins Angel Brittingham and Julie Ruth of Richmond, VA, Renee Shelton of Glen Burnie, MD, and beloved extended family in West VA and VA. Ed is also survived by his local 602 friends and coworkers.



Ed was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend who will be dearly missed by all.



The family will receive friends at Lee Funeral Home Calvert 8200 Jennifer Lane Owings, MD 20736 on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm where a Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be private.
