Theodore Richter "Ted" Clark, 62, of Owings passed away February 1, 2022. He was born June 20, 1959 to Richard Randall and Lillian Agnes (Bowdish) Clark. Ted was raised in Southern Maryland and graduated from Thomas Stone High School. He worked as an alarm technician for Calvert County Public Schools. Ted had a passion for music and loved playing the drums, singing, and listening to music. He also enjoyed cooking, lacrosse and was a fan of the Washington Redskins. Ted enjoyed spending time at home but would always lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Ted is survived by his children Sarah Louise Clark of St. Manteca, CA and Timothy Randall Clark and his wife Cara of Lusby, and siblings Richard A. Clark, John A. Clark, and Marla Pittman. He was preceded in death by his son Richard Evan Clark, brother George Clark, and sister Carole Wood
