Smoot, Thomas Elroy Jr. (Age 53) of Indian Head, Maryland

On Friday, December 24, 2021, Christmas Eve, Thomas "Elroy" Smoot, Jr. transitioned from this life to one eternal. He joins his parents, "Tommy" and "Francine" Smoot in glory.

He is survived by his children Tyron and Kiara, siblings, companion and a host of other family members and friends.

His viewing will be held from 9:00am until time of service 11:00, Friday, January 7, 2022, Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640. Interment Sacred Heart Church Cemetery, LaPlata, Maryland.
