Frances K. Lomax, 87 of Charleston, West Virginia passed away on Sunday September 26, 2021.

Frances was born on November 20, 1933 in Bushwood, MD to the late Herman and Lillian Simms. She is also predeceased by her husband, James N. Lomax; brothers, Burt Simms, Herman Simms, Bobbie Simms and George Simms.

Frances is survived by her sons, David Lomax and Albert Chasse; daughters, Mary Bowie, Cheryl Jackson and Donna Farrell; sister, Lucy McLoand, 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday October 5, 2021 from 4 to 7 PM at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home (211 St. Mary's Ave. LaPlata, MD 20646). Funeral services will be held on Wednesday October 6, 2021 11 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at the Holy Ghost Church Cemetery (Issue, MD).
