Amy Elizabeth Stewart, 56 of Lusby, Md. passed away on August 31, 2021 at Calvert Health Medical Center. Born November 4, 1964 in Alexandria, VA, she was the daughter of Jimmie J. Nelson and Beth (Carlson) Nelson.

Amy graduated from Hayfield Secondary High School in 1983 and was an Office Assistant for Fairfax County Schools. She was a member of Harvest Fellowship Church in Lusby, Md. Amy is survived by her father, Jimmie J. Nelson of Lusby, Md.; her children, Dean and Tyler Stewart of VA; and her brother, Paul Nelson of Lusby, Md. She was preceded in death by her mother, Beth Nelson.
