Paul Frederick Dabler Sr. of Lexington Park, Maryland died suddenly on Thursday, October 26, 2006 at St. Mary's Hospital in Leonardtown, MD. He was 74 years old.

He was born on March 21, 1932 in Illinois. He served in the U. S. Military and later worked as a service station manager. He was a member of the American Legion and of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing, going to the mountains, watching NASCAR racing and routing for his favorite driver Dale Jarrett.

He is preceded in death by his wife Marian Frances Dabler; sons, Ricky Hardy and Steve Hardy and his sister Janice Lamb.

He is survived by his children Glenda King, Brenda Eckert, William Dabler, Jeff Hardy, Paul Dabler Jr., Tammy Steele and Michael Dabler; brother Tommy Lamb; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Family to receive friends on Wednesday, November 1, 2006 from 10AM to time of service at 12Noon at the Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. 30195 Three Notch Road Charlotte Hall, MD. Reverend Robert Kyner Pastor of Victory Baptist Church, Charlotte Hall, MD officiated. Interment to follow at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, Maryland with Military Honors.
