Hal Craig Marker, 61, of Lusby, Md. and formerly of Howard County, Md. passed away on June 13, 2021 at his residence.

Born January 12, 1960 in Chevy Chase, Md., he was the son of the late Paul Marker and Gladys (Oliver) Marker.

Hal graduated from High Point High School in 1978. He was a lead carpenter for Marker Company for over twenty five years. Hal enjoyed building, fishing, crabbing and playing drums. He was a great father, friend, grandfather, brother, son and companion. He was the life of the party and loved spending time with his family. Hal would do anything for anybody.

Hal is survived by his companion of eighteen years, Janet Clark; his children, Cynthia Marker, and Craig Marker; his step-children, Alan Clark and Adrinne Kurtz; his grandchildren, Tayvon Harris, Jake and Grady Kurtz and Gavin and Owen Clark; and sister, Carla Marker. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Debbie Marker and Gary Marker.

A Life Celebration will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Elks Lodge, 2 Pythian Drive, Edgewater, Md. 21037.
