Donald Eugene "Don" Holtzclaw, Jr., 67, of Lusby, Md. and formerly of Forestville, Md., passed away on June 19, 2021 at his residence.

Born January 11, 1954 in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Donald Eugene Holtzclaw, Sr. and Joanna (Vidi) Holtzclaw.

Don graduated from Suitland High School in 1972. He was a cable splicer for Pepco until his retirement. Don enjoyed fishing, bird watching, baseball, history, spending time with his dog Rylee, nature, reading and getting milkshakes from Bert's.

Don is survived by his children, Amanda Hemming and husband Jeremy and Donald Holtzclaw, III and wife Kelsey; grandchild, Adleigh Hemming; and siblings, Janice Holtzclaw, Theresa Oswald, Debbie Martin, Eric Holtzclaw and Jeffery Holtzclaw.

A life celebration visitation will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Rausch Funeral Home, 20 American Lane, Lusby, Md. Interment will be private.
