On Monday, May 24, 2021, Glennda Cecile Taylor, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away at the age of 73, after battling a yearlong illness.

Glennda was born on June 27, 1947 to Glenn Morrison and Barbara (West) Green. After graduating from Lackey High School in 1965, she married her high school sweetheart, Ronald Taylor. Together, they raised two amazing children, Robin and Drew.

She loved spending time with her family and friends. Nothing made her happier than gathering her family around her kitchen table for dinner. She had a special fondness for her nieces Jackie and Bridget and loved spending time catching up with them.

Glennda is survived by her husband Ron, her two children, Robin (Dale) Breaux and Drew (Laurie) Taylor, her brother Steve Morrison, her grandsons Zachary Breaux, Hanson and Spencer Taylor, and her bonus granddaughter Courtney (Mike) Hrobak.

Funeral services will be private.
