Stephanie Carolyn Harvey of Waldorf, Maryland, died suddenly on Sunday, December 14, 2008 at the Civista Medical Center in La Plata, MD. She was 45 years old.

Born on May 30, 1963 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Stephen Winkler and the late Susan Drinks Winkler. Mrs. Harvey, a life-long resident of Charles County, was the Manager and Co-Owner of the family's plumbing business, National Plumbing Services. She enjoyed spending time with her nieces, great niece and goddaughter.

In addition to her parents, Stephanie was preceded in death by her late brother Brian Winkler.

She is survived by her husband of seven years, Mark B. Harvey; sister Rachael Sutphin, brother-in-law Michael Jackson; nieces Jessica Rembold and Courtney Rembold; great niece Mariah Smith; goddaughter Mikaylah Jackson; grandmother Joyce Drinks; aunt Linda Abell; uncles Gordon Abell and Phil Thompson; cousins Julie and Toni Thompson.

Service and Interment will be private.
