William Edward "Eddie" Burch, 44 of Mechanicsville, MD passed away on April 6, 2021 at Hospice House of St. Mary's.

Eddie was born on March 21, 1977 in La Plata, MD to William Bernard "Bernie" Burch of Waverly, TN and Linda Sue (Keyser) Burch of Mechanicsville, MD.

Eddie graduated from Chopticon High School in 1996. He worked as a Plumber for several companies over his career, most recently he was employed at Thompson's Plumbing and Broadcreek Kitchens. Family and friends were most important to him and he enjoyed spending time with them whenever he could. Growing up, he and his buddies Matt Bishop, Jeff Burch, Richy Richardson and Bobby Gatton were inseparable. He loved the outdoors, watching sports, and playing video games (especially the old Nintendo classic). He enjoyed fishing on the river and aboard charter boats, hunting (especially deer hunting with his brother), and playing pool and darts with his friends. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR racing (especially Dale Earnhart, Jr.), the Washington Redskins and the Washington Capitals. When he wasn't watching sports, he loved to watch old games shows and westerns such as Gunsmoke, Bonanza, and The Rifleman.

In addition to his parents, Eddie is survived by his daughter, Sierra Burch of Mechanicsville, MD; his siblings, Jason Burch (Michelle) of Waverly, TN, and Becky Kelley (Josh) of Leonardtown, MD; his aunts, Brenda Coombs (Ernest) of Loveville, MD; Rita Lynch (Mike) of Zanoni, MO; Cathy Addison of Mechanicsville, MD; Debbie Piepoli (Joe) of Helen, MD; his uncles, Billy Keyser of Loveville, MD; Keith Brown (Vicky) of Brandywine, MD; Randy Phillips (Mary) of Marbury, MD, and Aloysius "Joe" Burch (Denise) of Delaware as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hubert and Geraldine Addison of Loveville, MD and Regina and Joe Phillips of Marbury, MD; aunt, Vicky Brown and his uncles, Joey Phillips, Hubert Addison, and Ernest Coombs

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a Memorial Service celebrated by Reverend Joe Orlando at 11:00 a.m., at Brinsfield Funeral Home, 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Private interment will follow at Charles Memorial Gardens.
