Elizabeth Tandy Wilkerson "Beth", 69, of Leonardtown, MD passed away on November 8, 2020 at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital, Leonardtown MD.

Beth was born on March 28, 1951 in Leonardtown MD she was the daughter to the late Louis Fredrick Burris and Mary Jean McNey Burris. On March 3, 1973, she married her beloved husband David Vincent Wilkerson. Together they celebrated over 43 wonderful years of marriage. She retired from the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) after 30 years of employment serving as Lieutenant/Assistant Manager. After retirement Beth continued her career as a Federal Contractor for approximately 10 years supporting Naval Air Systems Command Patuxent River, MD. Beth enjoyed the holidays, going to the casinos, riding horses, playing pitch, dates with her girlfriends and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was known for her homemade spaghetti and sweet iced tea.

Elizabeth is survived by her children Tandy Marie Burch (Paul) of Leonardtown MD, Michael Shane Wilkerson of Ridge MD, step-children Lisa Lynn Moyer (Darvin) of Manheim PA, David Scott Wilkerson (Tammy) of Leonardtown MD, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Siblings, Freddie Burris of Clements, MD and Danny Burris of Leonardtown, MD. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her siblings, Tommy Burris and Caroline Russell.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m., celebrated by Reverend Joe Orlando, at Brinsfield Funeral Home, 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Interment will follow at Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown.
