Wiley Perry Tolbert, Jr 55 of Pomfret, MD passed away at his home on November 3, 2020

He was born on March 1, 1965 in Illinois to the late Wiley Perry Tolbert, Sr. and Jo Ann Tolbert.

Wiley is survived by his wife, Michelle Tolbert and his Daughters, Carmen Tolbert and Cadence Tolbert.

Wiley honored his country serving in the United States Airforce and retired as Chief of police at the Naval Academy. He had a passion for boating, mountain biking and the outdoors. He also had competed in the Ironman competition 5 times.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday November 10, 2020 at the South Potomac Church (4915 Crain Hwy. White Plains, MD 20695) from 12 noon until his Funeral Service at 1 pm. His interment will be at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery (Cheltenham, MD) at a later date.
