Judith Louise Byus, 67, of Waldorf, MD, died November 29, 2008, at Genesis La Plata Center, La Plata.

Mrs. Byus was a long-time clerk with Charles County Concrete and a member of First Baptist Church of Accokeek. She enjoyed playing Bingo and crocheting.

Born February 3, 1941, in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late James William Wilson and the late Wanda Joyce Thornton Wilson.

She is predeceased by her parents.

Survived by her two sons James W. Byus of Waldorf, MD and Robert A. and his wife Pamela Ann Byus of Chaptico, MD; brother Ricky Frederick of FL; sister Constance E. Kesner of Mesa, AZ; five grandchildren, James W. Byus, III, Stephen Byus, Nichole Byus, Mandi Brooks, Brandon Byus; and great grandchildren Leah and Natalie Byus.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 3, 2008, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at the Raymond Funeral Chapel, La Plata, MD.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, December 3 at 7PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, officiated by the Most Reverend Mark Roberson.

Pallbearers will be James, Robert, Steven, and James W. Byus III, Billy Lackey, and John Robert.

Interment will be Thursday, December 4, 2008, at Cedar Hill Cemetery Suitland, MD.
