Christopher Joseph "Quazy" Quijada, 64, of Lusby, Md. passed away on July 17, 2020 at Calvert Health Medical Center. Born September 4, 1955 in Tucson, AZ, he was the son of Rudo Quijada and the late Evelyn D. (Klein) Quijada.

Quazy moved to Calvert County in 1989. He was a Facilities Tech for the Department of Defense at Patuxent River Naval Air Station for thirty one years, retiring in September of 2019. Quazy enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Quazy is survived by his wife, Laurie K. Quijada; his father, Rudo Quijada; his children, Christopher R. Quijada, Amanda D. Quijada and Stephen C. Quijada all of Lusby, Md.; one grandchild; and sisters, Stacie Burch of Waldorf, Md. and Pamela of Arlington, Va.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. with a Memorial Service conducted by Deacon Chad Martin following at 2:00 p.m. at the Rausch Funeral Home, 20 American Lane, Lusby, Md. Interment will be private.
