Melvin David Howe, 67, of Indian Head, MD died on June 17, 2020 at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center, La Plata, MD.
Melvin was born on July 11, 1952 in La Plata, MD to the late Thomas William Howe, Sr. and Anna Cecelia Wathen.
Melvin worked as a manager for Delmarva Cleaning at Rosecroft Raceway and Dover Downs. He was an avid Washington Redskins fan. He enjoyed boating, fishing and being out in nature. Spending time with his family was most important to him.
In addition to his parents he is predeceased by his siblings; Clarence D. Howe, Vernon A. Howe, Evelyn Kaye, Steve F. Howe, and Barbara A. Loeffler.
He is survived by his daughter, Stacey Richmond (Jessy), two grandchildren; Joseph Richmond and Emmalee Richmond, siblings; Thomas W. Howe, Allen P. Howe (Beverly), Linda Henderson, Margaret Jenkins and Florence Lee (Bill), numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions all services and interment will be private.
