Vernon Paul Dorr, Jr., 66, of La Plata, MD died on June 13, 2020 at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center, La Plata, MD.
Vernon was born on November 28, 1953 in Washington, DC to the late Vernon and Delsie Dorr.
Vernon was a plumber by trade. He was a former member of the La Plata and Silver Hill Fire Departments. He loved fishing, playing baseball, car shows, Nascar, listening to "oldies" music and his beloved dalmatians "Brat".
He is survived by his two sisters; Verna Manuel and Delsie Pruett.
Service and interment for Vernon will be private.
