Norman Lilburn Ray, 84, of La Plata, Maryland, formerly of Fallston, Maryland and Weston, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at the Charles County Hospice House in Waldorf.

Born on November 6, 1935 in Franklinville, Maryland, he was the son of the late Stanley Ray and Myrtle Ray. Mr. Ray was a draftsman, land developer and wireless communication consultant for both commercial and residential projects throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Ann Eda Ray. siblings Lee, Shirley, Nell and Carroll.

Mr. Ray is survived by his sons Christopher and Brian; grandchildren Christopher, Samantha, Connor and Sean.

Service and interment will be private.
