Joseph William "Billy" Tinsley, 50, of Hollywood, MD died November 17, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital.

Born January 5, 1958 in Leonardtown, MD he was the son of Agnes C. (Wood) Tinsley of Hollywood, MD and the late Fred R. Tinsley, Sr.

Billy is survived by his mother Agnes Tinsley, his daughters, Amber R. Gaskill of Leonardtown, MD and Brandy L. Tinsley of Valley Lee, MD, his siblings, Mary E. Bailey of St. Inigoes, MD, James F. Tinsley of Hollywood, MD, Fred R. Tinsley, Jr. of Richmond, VA, and Michael A. Tinsley of Hollywood, MD, and three grandchildren, Andrew M. Fowler, Savannah F. Gaskill and Blaine B. Gaskill.

Family will receive friends for Billy's Life Celebration on Saturday, November 22, 2008 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Brinsfield Funeral Home, 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Ray Schmidt, pastor of St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church will be the celebrant. Interment will be private.
