Dempsey Wayne Herring, Jr., 39, of Waldorf, MD passed away on April 29, 2020 in Brandywine, MD. Dempsey was born In Washington, DC on November 14, 1980 to Dempsey and Tami Compton Herring. He was employed as an auto repair mechanic at Brandywine Motors. Dempsey was described by his family as "very handsome." He "loved motorcycles" and all sports, especially his teams, The Washington Redskins, Virginia Tech Cavaliers and the US Women's Soccer Team. Dempsey was also a good dad. He and his girlfriend are expecting a son in August.
