Mrs. Dorsey was a Homemaker who enjoyed being with her family and friends, especially her children.

She was the daughter of William Davis and Rebecca King Davis.

She is survived by her parents, her husband, Frank E. Dorsey, Jr., two daughters, Desiree Angel Dorsey of Salisbury, MD and Dasha Dyer of California, MD, three brothers, Michael King of Lexington Park, MD, William "Billy" Davis of Lexington Park, MD, and Tony Davis of California, MD, four sisters, Tracie (Kavin) Gantt of California, MD, Christine Davis (James) Gross of Lexington Park, MD, Sherry King of California, MD, and Dawn McDonald of Oxon Hill, MD, and her paternal grandmother, Mary E. "MeeMaw" Davis. Also survived by a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2008 from 9-11am at New Life Church, 9690 Shepherd'S Creek Place, La Plata, MD 20646.

A Funeral Service will follow on Thursday, November 13 at 11am at New Life Church. Clergy will be the Rev. Aaron Rummage. Interment will take place at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD.
