Roy C. Manley, 83, of La Plata, MD passed away on January 27, 2020 in Fort Washington, MD. Roy was born on January 17, 1937 in Washington, DC to the late Roy and Lena Manley. He is survived by his son, Charles and his wife Catherine Manley. Roy is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Roy was a retired machinist for the Department of the Navy. He loved duck and goose hunting, boating on the Bay, working on cars and motorcycles and was a boxer in his younger days. He always took the opportunity to make a joke. Funeral services will be private.
