William Buckner Haile, Jr., "Bill" of Port Republic, MD died November 1, 2008.

Bill was the beloved husband of Joy Ann Bartholomew, devoted father of Jessica Andis Haile (Asad Sabetpour), Adam Andis Haile (Heather Settle) and Rachel Andis Haile (Nicholas Lloyd) and the loving grandfather of Josephine Viola Haile.

The brother of Jane Haile Dawkins (Steve) and Edward Wright Haile (Elizabeth), Bill is also survived by his former wife Phyllis Andis Haile.

A celebration of his life will be held at the Scientist's Cliffs Community House in Port Republic, MD on Saturday November 8, 2008 at 3:00 pm, followed by a pot luck reception.
