Patricia "Patty" Ann Swann, 65, of Lexington Park, MD passed away on December 1, 2019 at Sagepoint Senior Living Center. Patty was born on October 30, 1954 in La Plata, MD to the late Charles Bowen Swann and Nancy Patricia (Gardiner) Swann.

Patty was a lifelong resident of Charles and St. Mary's Counties. She grew up in Waldorf where she was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. She was a hard working woman who held a number of jobs over the years starting at her father's Mobil Gas Station in Waldorf, MD. She tended bar at the Desert Inn in Waldorf and the Brass Rail in Great Mills. She then went on to work at several local convenience stores including 7-11, Quick Shop and Sheetz. She was an excellent pool shooter and played on leagues for the Desert Inn and Brass Rail. She was a lifelong Washington Redskins fan and enjoyed her favorite NASCAR driver, Chase Elliott. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with a Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m., at Brinsfield Funeral Home, 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Interment is private.

Patty is survived by her brother, Freddie Swann (Kim), of Leonardtown, MD; niece, Angie Insley (Chris), of Hollywood, MD; nephew, Chris Swann (Jenn), of Leonardtown, MD; great nieces, Fiona and Avery Insley and great nephew, Caden Insley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Smiley Charles Bowen and Francis "Frankie" William Swann.
