Louise May Chestlo, 76, of Chesapeake Beach passed away November 12, 2019 at her residence. She was born October 12, 1943 in Washington, D.C., to Hasel Martin and Florence Spaulding (Estey) Lloyd. Louise was raised in Bladensburg and graduated from Bladensburg Senior High School. She married Thomas Chestlo and they made their home in Chesapeake Beach.

Louise worked as a tax preparer and owned and operated TLC Income Tax Services, retiring in 2012. Louise was an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and NASCAR, especially Tony Stewart. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, picture puzzles, snowman figurines, bird watching, and fishing trips with her lady friends and relatives.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Michael Chestlo, daughter Robin M. Stone, and sisters Hazel Fleshman and Alice Lloyd. She is survived by her sons Edward G. Wilcox, Jr. of Chesapeake Beach and Robert W. Wilcox of Owings, grandchildren Kristina Wilcox, Edward G. Wilcox III, Steven Stone, Nichole Kight, Josh Berkley and Amberleigh Wilcox, and by 8 great-grandchildren. Arrangements by Rausch Funeral Home.
