Joan Ann Howlin of Lusby, MD, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2019, at the age of 73. She was born on February 25, 1946, in Beaver Falls, PA to Mary [Lech] and Paul A. Green. Joan was a member of the Prince Frederick Elks Lodge #2620. She enjoyed reading, playing cards and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was the beloved wife of the late John Howlin, loving mother of John Howlin (Catherine) and Jessica Wallace (Randall), and devoted grandmother of Riley Howlin, Drew Boone, Alexander Boone, Conner Howlin, Ty Boone, Shay Wallace, Randall Wallace and Breilla Wallace. She was the sister of Paul Green (Leslie) and is also survived by numerous other family members.
