Jeffrey Leroy Slater, 58, of Great Mills, MD peacefully passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at Hospice of St. Mary's", Callaway, MD. Jeffrey is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Wanda J. Slater and Sherell Swann, his daughter, who he loved and cared for.

He also leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Doris M. Slater; brothers, Thomas Slater, William Slater and Johnathan Slater; sisters, Helen Slater, Antionette Robertson, Frieda Slater, Carol Slater and Tina Slater-Hall and a host of beautiful nieces, nephews, Godchildren, other relatives and friends.

Family and friends will unite on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 for visitation and services at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, 22375 Three Notch Road, Lexington Park, MD. 20653.
