William "Bill" Vincent Bowling, Jr., 36 of La Plata, MD died suddenly on October 31, 2006 at Prince George's Hospital in Cheverly, Maryland.

Born on April 2, 1970 in La Plata, MD, he was the son of Vernelle K. Ketnor Cox and Thomas D. Cox. He was an Electrician for Mona Electric.

In addition to his mother, he is also survived by his wife, Cynthia A. Neely Bowling, children, Savannah R. Bowling and Dustin V. Bowling, sisters, Melissa L. Crasco and Gwen Cooper; brothers Evan Cox and Leon Cox; his aunt Wanda Finazzo; cousins, Tammy Swann and Belinda Stine; mother-in-law Ruth E. Neely and numerous other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, November 5, 2006 from 2PM to 6PM with a Service of Remembrance at 5PM at the Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. 30195 Three Notch Road Charlotte Hall, Maryland with the Reverend James Chance officiating. Interment 11AM Monday, November 6, 2006 at the La Plata United Methodist Church Cemetery in Dentsville, MD. Pallbearers are Ron Harris, Mike Stillwell, Jim Smith, Jeremy Davis, Mark Crasco, Steve Everett and Bobby Stillwell.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the William V. Bowling Jr. family.
