Jacquelin Lee Winters Mucci Larson, 73 of Mechanicsville, MD, formerly of Washington, DC, died on October 17, 2008 at her residence.
Born on July 19, 1935 in Takoma Park, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Lois Talbert Winters. Ms. Larson resided in this area for 12 years. She was a native Washingtonian. She was a Hairdresser for 52 years. She visited hospitals over the years and styled hair for the patients as a volunteer. When she retired she worked as a volunteer at St. Mary's and Civista Hospital, and on the Benevelance Committee at Hughesville Baptist Church. Jacquelin was the beloved wife of the late Antonio Mucci and Jerome Larson. Survived by her children, Marjorie Mucci Halverson of Richmond, VA, Pamela Mucci Queen of Mechanicsville, MD, Michele Mucci Alley of Waldorf, MD, and Terri Mucci of Alexandria, VA, sister, Lee Abbott of Fredericksburg, VA, seven grandchildren, Christie Maguire, Tony Graham, Danny Alley, Eric Halverson, Morgan Halverson, Kimberly Rector, and Jacki Queen, and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 from 4-6PM at Hughesville Baptist Church where Services followed at 6PM. Interment was private. Pallbearers were: Raymond Allen, Kenneth Queen, Kenneth Halverson, Tony Graham, Danny Alley, Brandon & Kyle Maguire, and Michael Coleman.
