Beverly Ann Clark, 79, of California, Maryland, formerly of Lanham, Maryland, passed away on August 14, 2019 at her residence under Hospice care. Born on August 2, 1940 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Ethel and Howard Jeffries. Mrs. Clark was a homemaker and mom who loved her flowers, her puppy, Missy, and especially her family which includes her extended family from Kimbark Avenue.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her husband, Chester A. Clark, Sr.; daughter, Danna M. Clark; siblings Dorothy Lebrun, George E. Jeffries, and William H. Jeffries; and grandson, Bobby Balint. She is survived by her children, Chester A. (Katie) Clark Jr. of Waldorf, MD, David A. (Suzy) Clark of Bowie, MD, Robin C. (Rob) Balint of Waldorf, MD, and Cindy L. (Jeff) Elmore of Clearville, PA; sister-in-law and best friend, Elaine Jeffries; beloved companion of 40 years, Carl (Ed) Behen; six grandchildren, David Jr., Amanda, Jackie, Jesse, Barry Jr., and Alyssa; seven great grandchildren, Zoey, Adelaide, Micah, Elon, Christopher, Cora, and Kavik; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will be held on August 29, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at New Life Church Chapel 9690 Shepherds Creek Pl, La Plata, MD 20646. Memorial contributions are asked to Hospice of St. Mary's county, PO Box 625, Leonardtown, Maryland 20650.
