Ellen was Born on August 31, 1965 in Cheverly, MD., to John Thomas Penn, Sr and Mary Hazel (Atchison) Penn. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings; James Penn Sr, Leroy Penn, Robert Penn, Mary Bee (Penn) Marini and Alice Penn. Ellie loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren.

Ellie is survived by her husband of 25 years, Billy Stone; her children, Billie Ann and her wife, Regina of La Plata, Bobby Lee and his girlfriend, Bobbie Edick of Welcome, Billy Stone, Jr and his girlfriend, Jennifer Adams of La Plata, Jerry of Bryans Road, Michelle and her husband, Nicholas Bowen, Sr of King George, Mark and his wife, Carmela Stone of La Plata, Cody and his girlfriend, Tiffany King of Waldorf, Stacey Stone and her boyfriend, Christopher Bradshaw of Charlotte Hall; her siblings, Nancy (Penn) Zimmerman of Bryans Road and John, Jr of Bryans Road; 28 grandchildren, one God-grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
