It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Patricia Ann Dutcher who died on June 26, 2019 at home in Long Beach, Maryland. She was the daughter of Hillary and Kathleen O'Bryhim and wife of Ted Dutcher, who passed on September 16, 2018. She is survived by her two children Christopher Dutcher, Nissa Beth Dutcher-Terrell and husband Rick Terrell.

She is also survived by her grandchildren Donovan Terrell, Enola Bates, and Aaron Terrell. Patricia's siblings include Kenneth E O'Bryhim, Pamela O'Bryhim, Kathleen O'Bryhim-Hennon and husband JJ Hennon. Her nieces and nephews include: Tara and John Grim, Andrew and Melissa Harmdierks, Jaremy and Robin Morgan, Michael and Monica Morgan, Mary and Adam Damm. Great nieces and nephews include McKenzie, Chase, Zach, Paul, Mia, Dylan, Declan, Seth, Gabby, Colin (Buddha), AJ, and Sarah.

A celebration of her life will be held in the fall. She is loved to infinity and beyond. Arrangements by Rausch Funeral Home.
