Jo Ann Hooks, 76, of Pomfret, Maryland died on Monday, June 17th, 2019 at the Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, surrounded by her family. Born on March 15, 1943 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of the late Robert Harold Foster and Elizabeth Susan Mosser Foster. Mrs. Hooks retired as an Administrative Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives. She enjoyed shopping, reading, going to the beach, being with her friends, rooting for the Washington Capitals, Nationals and Redskins, but most importantly, loved being with her family.

Jo Ann is survived by her husband Clyde C. Hooks; daughters Lisa Nasatka and her husband Edward; son David Hooks and his wife Kathryn; Karen Trevathan and her husband Matthew; sister Jackie Williams and her husband Jimmy; grandchildren Eddie Nasatka, Amanda Price, Hayley Nasatka, Thomas Mitcheltree, Summer Hooks, Nicholas Trevathan and Carly Trevathan; great grandson Jamis Mitcheltree along with extended family.
