Patricia Ann Pemleton, 76, of Mechanicsville, MD, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at her residence. Patricia was born in Washington D.C., on February 2, 1943 to the late Urbert Gibson and Mary Rebecca Hall (Gibson). She married the love of her life, Robert Edward Pemleton on June 17, 1960 in Edmonston, MD. Together they celebrated over 58 years of marriage until her passing.

Patricia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all that she knew and had a passion for a large variety of things in her life. She loved her family… especially her grandchildren. When she wasn't working you could usually find her reading, watching movies or shopping. Patricia loved her family more than words could ever express, she lived for her family.

Patricia was the beloved wife of Robert Edward Pemleton and loving mother Christine M. Ogden (Rick), Jennifer L. Albertson (Daniel), Kenneth L. Pemleton and Craig E. Pemleton (Suzanne). She was the devoted grandmother of eight grandchildren - Heather M. Black (Alan), Kenneth Pemleton II, Nicole Geraci, Rebecca Humphrey, Brittni Harr (Aaron), Jarrett Pemleton, Jenna Albertson and Delanna Albertson; three great-grandchildren, Dylan Black, Carli Pemleton and Madelyn Black. She was the loving sister of Mary Tuck (Bill) and Betty Jean Sumrall (Ricky). She is also survived by numerous other family and friends. In addition to her parents, Patricia was predeceased by her; brother Michael Gibson and sister Christine Joy Gibson.

Pallbearers will be: Kenneth L Pemleton, Craig E. Pemleton, Daniel M. Albertson, Kenneth L. Pemleton II., Jarrett Pemleton and General "Sonny" Blanton. Family will receive friends at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owings, MD 20736, on Tuesday, June 4 from 11 am until start of Funeral Services at 1 pm. Interment will follow at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD 20722. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Alzheimer's Association National Capital Area Chapter, 8180 Greensboro Drive, Suite 400, McLean, VA 22102.
