William Andrew "Boat" Bolt, 44, of Lexington Park, MD died November 4, 2006 in St. Mary's Hospital, Leonardtown, MD.

Born June 3, 1962, in Leonardtown, MD, he was the son of Edna Bolt Barnes of Lexington Park, MD and the late Joseph Henry Bolt. He graduated from Great Mills High School, Great Mills, MD in1980. William was employed through various jobs and he has been an entrepreneur for many years. For the past 15 years he has been employed with the AnJon Associates, Inc. located in Hollywood, MD. William was known throughout the community for his hearty laughter, his jokes and his bright smile. William loved spending time with his daughter, LaTisha. He also liked fishing and spending time with his family and friends. William enjoyed being around his brother, Elwood and his sister, Beverly. He loved giving them a hard time. He loved watching the football games, especially the Dallas Cowboys and whoever played and beat the Redskins. He was a fun and loving friend to everyone.

William leaves to mourn his death, his mother, Edna Bolt Barnes of Lexington Park, MD, his daughter, LaTisha Bolt and her mother, Melissa Howard of Lusby, MD, his brother, Joseph Elwood Bolt of California, MD, his sister, Beverly Cecilia Bolt of Waldorf, MD, his foster sisters, Betty Holly of Lexington Park, MD Yvonne Bowman of Waldorf, MD, Stephanie Moates of Lexington Park, MD and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive Friday, November 10, 2006 from 11:00 a.m. until 12 Noon in the Park Hall True Holiness Church, Park Hall, MD. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 12 Noon. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Elwood Bolt, Darnell Chase, Thomas Chase, Calvin Gross, Wilson Ennis and James I. Hill. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Anthony Medley, Tony Evans, Quentin Chase, Eric King, Richard Harris and Thomas Mason.
